Your internet browser's cache stores certain information (snapshots) of webpages you visit on your computer or mobile device so that they'll load more quickly upon future visits. Occasionally, however your cache can prevent you from seeing updated content, or cause functional problems when stored content conflicts with live content. You can fix many browser problems simply by clearing your cache and re-logging in.

PC Browsers: Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete keys. This combination of keys will bring up a dialog box. Simply check the boxes next to the history, cookies and cache box to remove, and then click Delete or Clear Now.

Apple Safari: Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner, and select Reset Safari. In the resulting pop-up menu, check the items that you want to clear; then press the Reset button to purge your data.

Lastly, please close your browser completely and reopen the browser to try again.
