Rental Information
The deadline to rent Faculty attire and be guaranteed the correct size for the Spring 2026 ceremony is February 23rd, 2026.
Rentals must be returned to the main campus store by May 20th, 2026 or you will be charged the full purchase price of the regalia.
After rental deadlines, every effort will be made to accommodate orders, but late orders may result in substitutions.
Orders returned after this date will be charged the full purchase price of the regalia.
Please note that the rental hood provided is a standard University of Arizona PhD hood. Customized hoods are available for purchase under the Faculty Regalia section on the Graduation tab and are offered in Fine Quality or Sussex Package options.
