Faculty Regalia Deadlines

Dates and deadlines for ordering faculty regalia from the Campus Store for the Spring semester are:

• February 20, 2026 | Last day for Faculty Regalia Orders
  This is the last day for both custom and rental regalia.
• February 23, 2026 | Faculty Regalia Rental Order Deadline
• May 20, 2026 | Deadline for Faculty Rental Regalia and Loaner Return

Due to supply issues, extensions on deadlines will NOT be accommodated. If you or the faculty have any questions about regalia rentals, please contact please contact:

All departmental orders should be emailed to SHOP-Graduation@arizona.edu and personal purchases for rental regalia will need to be placed online.
