General Shipping Information


  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please expect a 1-2 business days time frame for fulfillment. This timeframe is subject to change during high volume events.
  • We use UPS as our shipping carrier for orders. When ordering, please use a physical address as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on whether items ordered are split between different store locations
  • High value orders may require a delivery confirmation signature.

In-Store Pickup

In-Store Pickup at Campus Store Main

  • Price: Free
  • Location: The Campus Store located inside the Student Union Memorial Center. Please proceed to the customer service counter on the 1st floor during business operating hours.
  • Email Confirmation: The pickup notification email will come directly from us. Have your order number and ID ready when picking up your order.

In-Store Pickup At Campus Store Medical (Tucson)

  • Price: Free
  • Location: Inside the Health Sciences (Medical) Campus Store located at the College of Health Sciences
  • Email Confirmation: Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation from us that it’s ready to pick up. Have your order number and ID ready when picking up your order. *Please note that orders may take an additional 1-2 business days to be ready for pickup at this location. Graduation or technology merchandise is not eligible for this pickup option.

Luxer One Locker Pickup Orders

  • Price: Free
  • Location: There are two locker locations: one is located on the north side of the Flagship Campus Store next to Starbucks and the other is outside of our Campus Store at Medical
  • Email Confirmation: Pickup notification will come from Luxer One when order is placed in locker. This email will have the locker code and instructions how access it.

These are our flat rate shipping pricing offered on orders:

  • UPS Ground Service: $8.95
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: $21.95
  • UPS Next Day Air: $40.95

Please consider the following exceptions before placing an order:

  • The posted rates apply to the Contiguous United States only ("The lower 48"). Additional charges may apply for orders outside this area. You will be contacted before your order ships if additional shipping charges apply. We do not currently ship internationally.
  • Please note that the only shipping service that has a delivery guarantee is UPS Next Day Air. While UPS 2nd Day Air is usually delivered on-time, we are not responsible for on-time delivery once the package has been exchanged over to UPS. As UPS does not consider the weekend as committed delivery days, please factor this into your delivery timeframe.
  • Certain orders involving oversized items will be subject to additional shipping charges. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to shipping. Only Ground shipping is available for these items and all orders will automatically be changed to ground shipping if another method is chosen.

Please expect a 1-2 business days time frame for order fulfillment. This is subject to change during high volume events. Once your order is fulfilled by our team, it will be in the hands of the courier where unforeseen delays may be experienced due to inclement weather and other factors. Unfortunately, this is beyond the Campus Store control. Please contact your package's shipping courier for any delivery questions you may have. 

UPS Normal Transit Shipping Days From Tucson, AZ - View UPS Service Alerts

Transit days include business days only, excluding weekends days. Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages, shipped via UPS's services, that are listed as guaranteed, or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas and does not apply to shipments containing a package with an Additional Handling or Large Package surcharge. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. For current delivery schedules, service availability and information, and a description of the UPS service Guarantee, see the UPS Rate and Service Guide. The most up-to-date transit time details will be available at ups.com/ctc at the time of shipping. Certain commodities and high value shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance.

Holiday No Shipping Days

  • Memorial Day: No shipping occurs
  • Labor Day: No shipping occurs
  • Independence Day July 4-5: No shipping occurs
  • Thanksgiving Day: No shipping occurs
  • Christmas Holiday Dec 24-25: No shipping occurs
  • University Closure: Dec 26 - 30: No Shipping occurs
  • News Year Holiday Dec 31-Jan 2: No shipping occurs

December Holiday Shipping Deadlines

*To ensure delivery by December 24, orders must be placed by midnight (AZ time) on the following dates:

  • December 12: Last day for Ground Service
  • December 19: Last day for 2nd Day Air Service
  • December 21: Last Day for Next Day Air Service

If an item is indicated as pre-order, it will ship out or be ready for in-store/locker pickup upon the arrival to us from the vendor. These orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis no matter which shipping method was selected.

We try our hardest to have all of our items in stock, however, certain supply circumstances can prevent us from fully fulfilling orders. In the event that there is an out of stock item on your order, we will generally ship the items we do have on hand and notify you about alternative options. There are no additional shipping charges for substitution changes made to an order.

We offer certain larger items or custom made items as drop ship. These items will be marked as drop ship on the website. This means that they are shipped to you directly from the vendor.

When ordering a drop ship eligible item, please note the following:

  • There may be an additional shipping charges associated with a drop ship item.
  • Delivery times will vary based on the item and vendor. Don't worry - we will keep you updated with the progress throughout the shipping process!
  • Many drop ship items are non-returnable/non-exchangeable.
  • Drop ship items do not qualify for in-store pickup, promotional discounts, expediated or free shipping. Please refer to the product page for any item specific policy.
