General Shipping Information


  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • We utilizes UPS for our delivery purposes. USPS is used in special cases such as shipping to PO box addresses.
  • We do not ship international. Additional shipping rates may apply for areas outside the Contiguous United States ("The lower 48")
  • Estimated delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as inclement weather and other factors may interfere with our delivery companies.
  • Orders placed after 12pm (Noon) Arizona local time will be shipped with the next business day's orders.
  • Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on whether items ordered are split between different store locations
  • High value orders will required a delivery confirmation signature.
  • Certain orders involving oversized items will require additional shipping charges. You will be notified of any additional charges prior to shipping. Only Ground shipping is available for these items and all orders will automatically be changed to ground shipping if another method is chosen.

Inside Pickup Orders*

  • Location: The Textbook counter at the 1st floor of our Flagship SUMC BookStores location.
  • Email Confirmation: Please wait for pickup notification. Please have your order number ready when picking up your order.

Locker Pickup Orders

  • Price: Free
  • Delivery Time: In stock items will be ready 2-4 days business days
  • Location: UA BookStores, SUMC pickup window next to Starbucks
  • Email Confirmation: From Luxer One when order is placed in locker. This email will have instructions how access the locker of your order.

  • UPS Ground Service: $8.95 flat rate
  • UPS 3rd Day Select: $16.95
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: $21.95
  • UPS Next Day Air: $40.95

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday at 3pm excluding holidays. Orders placed by after 12pm will be shipped the next business day. Please use a physical address, UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Transit days include business days only, excluding weekends days. Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages, shipped via UPS's services, that are listed as guaranteed, or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas and does not apply to shipments containing a package with an Additional Handling or Large Package surcharge. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. The most up-to-date transit time details will be available at ups.com/ctc at the time of shipping. Certain commodities and high value shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance.

December Holiday Shipping Deadlines

  • December 15: Last day for Ground Service* before Dec 24
  • December 19: Last day for 3 Day Select Service* before Dec 24
  • December 20: Last day for 2nd Day Air Service* before Dec 24
  • December 21: Last Day for Overnight Service* before Dec 24

  • **To ensure on-time delivery, orders must be placed Friday before deadline date listed

  • If an item was indicated as pre-order, the item will ship out or be ready for in-store/locker pickup when the item arrives in stock from the vendor.
  • Orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis no matter what shipping method was selected

  • We try our hardest to have all of our items in stock, however, certain supply circumstances can prevent us from fully fulfilling orders.
  • We will generally ship the items we do have on hand and notify you about any unfulfilled items. Substitutions on items out-of-stock may be made.
  • There are no additional shipping charges for secondary shipments caused by stock-outs.

  • Some larger items or specific indicated items may be dropped ship from the vendor.
  • If dropped ship, delivery times or carriers may vary from the vendor.

  • Course related materials not picked up within 7 days of charged date will be considered abandoned. Abandoned product will be made available for resale and all original charges are non-refundable
